O R D E R

*********** [Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] The detenu appeared before us and stated that by mistake, she has gone along with the petitioner and she is not willing to join with him. She has further stated that there was no valid marriage between her and the petitioner and she has also moved the Family Court for grant of a decree of divorce. The detenu has further stated that now she has realized her mistake and she wanted to go along with her parents.

2. In the light of the above, we are of the view that there is no illegal detention of the detenu at the hands of the fourth respondent. Hence, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
