This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the F.I.R. based on the petitioner's complaint dated 03.03.2016 within the time that may be stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. It is seen that the petitioner has sent the complaint dated 03.03.2016 by post. According to the petitioner he had lost his passport and certificates.

The complaint dated 03.03.2016 does not disclose the commission of cognizable offence for the respondent to register the F.I.R. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to go in person before the second respondent and lodge a fresh complaint containing the same contents as found in the complaint, dated 03.03.2016 and on receipt of such complaint, the same shall be enquired into and action shall be taken in accordance with law.
