*********** [Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the mother of the minor detenu seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to produce five months old child and hand over custody to the petitioner.
2. This Court, by order dated 07.04.2017, referred the matter to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, attached to this Bench to arrive at an amicable settlement between the parties. Accordingly, the matter was placed before the Mediation Centre, mediation was conducted and a report has been submitted by the Mediation Centre, stating that the matter has been settled between the parties amicably, vide agreement dated 24.04.2017. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. In the light of the agreement entered into between the parties, while recording the same, we close the Habeas Corpus Petition. The mediation agreement and the report shall form part of this order. If certified copy of the order is applied for by the parties, Registry is directed to issue a copy of the report and the mediation agreement along with a copy of this order.
