[Order of the Court by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] Heard Mr.J.Mathesh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.T.Mohan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

2. The petitioner has filed this habeas corpus petition

seeking a direction upon the respondent Police to trace his sister Minor.Yogeshwari, aged about 17 years, who is missing from 08.03.2017, produce her before this Court and set her at liberty.

3. It appears that the detenue eloped with the third respondent, namely, Vignesh @ Vicky.

4. The respondent Police produced the detenue, namely, Yogeshwari before this Court. When we enquired her, she admitted that she went away with the third respondent to Ooty. But, she appears to have realized the mistake done by her and now, she is willing to go with her parents, who are also present before this Court.

5. It is reported by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner, who is the brother of the detenue is not well and therefore, the parents of the detenue are present.

6. We have enquired the parents of the detenue also. They are willing to take back the detenue and to take care of her.

7. In the light of the above, the habeas corpus petition is closed.
