Mr.C.Vakeeswaran COMMON ORDER These Transfer CMPs have been filed to withdraw and transfer the proceedings in F.C.H.M.O.P. No. 167 of 2021 and F.C.M.C.No.13 of 2021, on the file of the Family Court, Dharmapuri and transfer to the file of Family Court, Trichy.

2.The petitioner/husband has filed these petitions seeking for transfer of the above cases, on the ground that there was a complaint on the Conciliator and in that regard, he gave complaint before the learned Principal District Judge, Dharmapuri and High Court. This is not the valid ground for transfer the cases from one Court to the other Court.

3.Considering the above, the learned Judge, Family Court, Dharmapuri is hereby directed to refer the matter to some other Mediator for Mediation. Accordingly, these Transfer CMPs stands https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

and transfer the proceedings in F.C.H.M.O.P. No. 167 of 2021 and dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
