Respondent/Petitioner Prayer :- Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed u/s24 of Civil Procedure Code, to withdraw the H.M.O.P.No.1128/2019 from the file of the Family Court, Madurai and to transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Sivagangai and to try along with in H.M.O.P.No.66/2020 and with M.C.No.5 of 2020 pending on the file of the learned Family Court, Sivaganai and pass such further or other orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

ORDER:- This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this court dated 09.11.2020 and upon perusing the letter in D.No 6845/2021 dated 06.8.2021, from the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Sivagangai, this Court made the following order: The matter is placed before this Court on the letter received from the Court below seeking extension of time for disposal of the cases in HMOP Nos.66,269 of 2020 and M.C.No.5 of 2020. 2.The learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Sivagangai, had sought for extension of three months and considering the prevailing pandemic situation, this Court feels it appropriate https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
