ORDER : The Court made the following order :- By the order, dated 02.08.2022, interim bail was granted to the petitioner for the purpose of taking treatment for Cancer disease. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that now, surgery has been suggested and the petitioner is going to take the above said surgery in Jipmer Hospital, Pandicherry. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to produce medical certificate and also share the place of stay. .

4.List this matter on 06.09.2022. Interim bail already granted by this Court, is extended till then.
