O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the F.I.R. against the proposed accused person based on the petitioner's complaint dated 05.02.2016 within the time limit as fixed by this Court and to file final report after conducting proper investigation.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. When the case was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the second respondent has not received any complaint.

4. Under such circumstances, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to go in person before the second respondent and lodge a fresh complaint containing the same contents as found in the complaint, dated 05.02.2016 and on receipt of such complaint, the same shall be enquired into and action shall be taken in accordance with law, if it discloses the commission of a cognizable offence or drop action otherwise.
