PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry. For Petitioner : Mr.P.Gunasekaran For Respondents : Mr.R.M.Anbunithi Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) for R.1 & R.2

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to not to harass the petitioner and his family members in the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) would submit that the on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 22.04.2022. The same is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent police shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
