Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.RAJA, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the petitioner to extend the time for producing sureties in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12488 of 2022 dated 10.03.2023. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent 1/3

submits that this Court granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on 10.03.2023, however, till date he failed to execute sureties and surrender before the Court below. 3.Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Court is not inclined to extend the time. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
