ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondents 2 and 3 not to harass the petitioner under the guise of petition enquiry based on the complaint made by fourth respondent.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) would submit that the on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 21.01.2022. The same is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent police shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
