RESPONDENT / RESPONDENT / COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition dated 4/4/2022 made in Crl.OP(MD) No.6276 of 2022 made in Crl.OP(MD)No.6276/2022 on the file of this Honble Court to the effect that the petitioner may be directed to appear before the Cantonment Police Station,Trichy, once in a week. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.APPADURAI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD)No.
6276/2022, 04.04.2022. 2.It is evident from the records that this Court in earlier order dated 04.04.2022 in Crl.OP(MD) No.6276 of 2022, directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 am for a period of one month and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner has filed the present petition.

CRL MP(MD) No.5673 of 2022 4.Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police weekly twice i.e., on every Saturday and Sunday at 10.30 am., until further orders. 5.The petition is ordered accordingly.
