2.By our order dated 20.03.2017, we referred the matter for mediation. The petitioner and her husband Mr.R.Srinivasan appeared before the Mediation Centre and certain suggestions were made. But when we questioned the petitioner, she is not willing to go along with her husband. The main contention of the petitioner is that the minor child aged about four years Madhu Shalini has been in the custody of the petitioner and she is undergoing her studies in Ranimangammal School in Chockalinga Nagar. Therefore, we have advised the parties to maintain such status and the child will remain with the petitioner.
