This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to remove the petitioner's name from the History Sheet in H.S.No.185 of 2006 maintained on the file of the third respondent's Police Station by considering his representation dated 04.03.2024. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner has submitted his representation only on 04.03.2024 and the same would be placed for re-consideration in the next review meeting, which is scheduled to be conducted in the month of June or July, 2024.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this writ petition is closed with a direction to the respondents to take a decision on the representation of the petitioner in the next review meeting. No costs.
