ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c), r/w 20(b)(ii)(B), 29(1), 25 of NDPS Act in Crime No.60 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused were found in illegal possession of 1.200 kgs of ganja. Hence, the case.

3.Heard both sides and perused the materials available in the record.

CRL OP(MD)No.6842 of 2023 no change in circumstances. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
