This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police to register the case in pursuant to the complaint dated 26.02.2016 given by the petitioner and investigate the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that, on the complaint dated 26.02.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 31.03.2016 and a copy of the Closure Report has been served to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.

4. Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout her remedy in the manner known to law.
