ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest by the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 465, 468, 471 of IPC and 12(1)(b) of Passport Act, 1967, in Crime No.236 of 2021, have filed the anticipatory bail petition.

2.This Court heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and also the learned counsel, who appeared for the intervener/defacto complainant.

CRL OP(MD).No.6670 of 2021 3.Considering the seriousness of the allegations and also the materials that were placed before this Court, this Court clearly expressed it's mind that it is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners and this is a case which requires custodial interrogation.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that he wants to withdraw the petition.

5.In view of the above, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
