This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to conduct enquiry and register the case in the complaint dated 09.02.2016 against the proposed accused persons.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.
3. On a reading of the complaint dated 09.02.2016, it is seen that it is essentially appears to be a civil dispute between the petitioner and his landlord. The complaint does not even disclose the date on which the alleged incident had taken place. Since it does not disclose any cognizable offence, no positive direction can be given to the respondent police to register the F.I.R. on the complaint of the petitioner dated 09.02.2016, though petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.18 of 2016.
