Respondents PRAYER: Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to direct the first and second respondents to produce the either person or body of the detenu viz., Dimple (Minor / 17 years) D/o.J.Mrunalini from the illegal custody of the respondents 3 and 4 before this Court and hand over the custody to the petitioner.

ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J.] The petitioner herein, who is the mother of the detenu by name Dimple, aged about 17 years, has come with this Habeas Corpus Petition alleging that the third and fourth respondents, who are the father and elder sister respectively of the petitioner, illegally detained the detenu.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the detenu was produced by the second respondent. The petitioner and the third and fourth respondents were also present along with their respective counsel. On enquiry, the detenu told that she is a major and she has not been illegally detained by any body and that she is willing to go along with the third and fourth respondents. The said statement is recorded.
3. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Hence, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy before the appropriate forum.
