: Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents herein to produce the body or person of the petitioner's daughter, namely, Pillammal/detenu, daughter of Suresh, aged about 14 years, produce her before this Court and hand over to the custody of the petitioner.

*********** [Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

2. The detenu - Pillammal, aged about 14 years, was produced before the Court and the parents of the detenu were also present. We questioned the detenu. It appears that her paternal aunt had taken away her to Coimbatore, because the detenu called her over phone stating that her parents are scolding her for not studying properly. We have advised the minor detenu as well as her parents. The minor detenu is ready and willing to go with her parents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In the light of the above, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
