Order : These criminal miscellaneous petitions coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.JEEN FELIX.L, Advocate for the petitioner in all petitions and of Mr.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent in all petitions, the Court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are filed by the petitioners to relax the condition imposed on them by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)Nos.17074, 23049, 23054 & 23051 of 2023, dated 19.02.2024.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly, however, investigation is not yet completed.

(Crl.side), the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)Nos.17074, 23049, 23054 & 23051 of 2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police once in a week ie., on every Monday at 10.30 am., until further orders.
