This petition has been filed as against the order passed by the learned Additional District Munsif, Thoothukudi in I.A.No.482 of 2017 in O.S.No.383 of 1997, dated 06.09.2017. 2.Today(17.10.2022), when the matter is taken up for hearing, Registry has submitted the case details that the main suit in O.S.No.383 of 1997 itself has been disposed of on 24.01.2019 itself. 3.The learned counsel appearing on either side also confirmed the same.

4.In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
