The learned counsel appearing for the respondent - Bank, by producing a copy of the proceedings in OR/18272/2022-23, dated 27.04.2022, issued by the respondent - Bank, submitted that the SARFAESI proceedings initiated against the petitioner have been withdrawn and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
3. Recording the above submission of the learned counsel for the respondent - Bank and the proceedings in OR/18272/2022-23, dated 27.04.2022, issued by the respondent - Bank, the writ petition is closed.
