The writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned notice vide Na.ka.No.4117/2020/Kutt, dated 26.06.2020, issued by the 1st Respondent.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has now become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the same, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
