PRAYER IN S.A.(MD)SR.No.23645 of 2022:- To set aside the Judgement and Decree dated 26.10.2021 made in A.S.No.31 of 2019 on the file of Sub Court, Paramakudi reversing the Judgement and Decree dated 30.09.2019 made in O.S.No.102 of 2016 on the file of District Munsif Court, Paramakudi. ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S S.SIVA THILAKAR, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to condone the delay of 339 days for paying the deficit court fee of Rs.1276/- for filing this Second Appeal.
