ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to furnish the tender document to the petitioner relates to item No.2 in the tender cum auction Notification in Na.Ka.No.98/2025 dated 11.03.2025 and permit him to participate in the tender cum auction, which is scheduled to be held on 27.03.2025 or any other date for granting the license to collect the users fee in the public toilet, situated at Bus Stand, Thisayanvilai, for a period of 2025-2028.
2. Today, when the writ petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the first respondent had cancelled the tender process due to administrative reasons and a further notification will be issued. Once the new notification is issued, tender documents will be provided to the petitioner, who will be at liberty to participate in the tender-cum-auction with all the necessary documents.
3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, this Court directs the first respondent to provide tender documents to the petitioner, as and when the further notification is issued and the petitioner is also at liberty to participate in the tender-cum-auction along with all the necessary documents.
4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
