This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.184 of 2019 dated 12.11.2019 pending on the file of the first respondent.

2.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the case registered in Crime No. 184 of 2019, for the offences under Sections 341, 294(b), 323 and 506(i) of IPC has been enquired by the first respondent police and closed as 'mistake of fact'. In this regard, report has also been submitted before the jurisdictional Court on 12.11.2019. 3.Recording the said submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
