2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submits that this Court granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on 17.11.2023 and after a lapse of four months, the petitioner filed the present petition to extend the time limit.
3.Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Court is not inclined to extend the time. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed with liberty to file fresh petition for anticipatory bail.
