ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the respondent herein to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.337 of 2018 pending on the file of the respondent within the time frame to be stipulated by this Court.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR came to be registered in Crime No.337 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police for the offence under Sections 448, 380 IPC and Section 3 of Tamil Nadu Public Property (Prevention of Damage and Loss Act), 1992. The grievance of the petitioner is that even after the lapse of four years investigation has not been completed.
3. Considering the nature of offence involved, there shall be a direction to respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
