ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent herein to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 06.10.2015, investigate into case in accordance with law and file final report within a reasonable time as fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that, on the complaint dated 06.10.2015 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 10.10.2015 and a copy of the Closure Report has been served to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.

4. Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
