2. In view of the aforesaid submission, this Contempt Petition is closed. However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he is 2/4

entitled to calculate 50% of the past service. In view of the aforesaid submission, the petitioner is at liberty to submit a representation to the appropriate authority to agitate the same.
