ORDER

This Criminal Revision Petition is filed to set aside the condition No.1 of the order dated 02.03.2026 made in Crl.M.P.No.161 of 2026 passed by the Principal Special Court for Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act Cases, Madurai.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that since the original RC book of the petitioner's vehicle is in the custody of the private finance company, the petitioner seeks to modify the condition No.1 of the order of the trial Court.

3. Heard the learned counsels on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.

4. Considering the fact that the original RC book of the petitioner's vehicle is in the custody of the private finance company, the condition No.1 of the order dated 02.03.2026 made in Crl.M.P.No.161 of 2026 passed by the Principal Special Court for Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act Cases, Madurai is modified as ''1. If the original RC Book is in the custody of the finance company, the petitioner shall produce a photocopy of the RC Book, 2/4

along with an affidavit stating that the original is with the finance company and a letter from the finance company acknowledging such custody.'' on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) as non-refundable deposit for the said vehicle to the credit of WAA Cornelia Sorabjee Lecture Series, A/C No.6687756541, IFSC Code:IDIB000H040 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
