For Respondent : Mr.M.Muthumanikkam, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.99 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/A.1 and A.2, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 452, 342, 294(b), 323 and 506(i) I.P.C., in Cr.No.99 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police seek anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State and perused the materials placed on record.

3. This is the second anticipatory bail petition. Earlier, the anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.4078 of 2021 was dismissed on 19.04.2021, giving elaborate reasons. Since the dismissal of the earlier anticipatory bail petition, there is no change of circumstances. Therefore, this Court https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
