2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the order of this Court dated 19.06.2024 has been complied by the respondent and the petitioner has received the retirement benefits and given an acknowledgement letter.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also confirms the above fact.
