This writ petition has been filed to direct the second respondent herein to initiate appropriate criminal action under the relevant provisions of law on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 19.04.2022 lodged before the second respondent herein.

2.It is seen that the petitioner has submitted a representation before the respondent police on 19.04.2022 and the same is still pending without any progress.
