This Civil Revision Petition is filed to struck down the E.P.No.214 of 2017 in R.C.O.P.No.281 of 2014 on the file of by the Additional District Munsif Court, Madurai Town, as unconstitutional.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the the issue involved in this Civil Revision Petition is already settled out of Court and no further adjudication is required in this Civil Revision Petition.

4. In view of the above, in the considered opinion of this Court, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.
