ORDER

The above petition has been filed seeking orders to grant exemption to the petitioner herein from paying the Court fee of Rs.21,685/- in C.M.A(MD)SR No.27356 of 2025.

CMP(MD) No.9001 of 2025 2.Heard the petitioner, who appeared as party-in-person. He would submit that he is working as driver and he is unable to pay the Court fee. 3.Considering the reasons assigned, this petition is ordered and the petitioner is exempted from the payment of court fee Rs.21,685/- in C.M.A(MD)SR No.27356 of 2025 for the present, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall pay the entire Court fee, as and when the petitioner receive any part of the amount, that has now been awarded as compensation to the claimant/petitioner in M.C.O.P.No.79 of 2014.
