CRL OP(MD). Nos.6652 and 6654 of 2021 2.It is reported by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police that the marriage between the first accused and the defacto complainant was solemnized in the year 2005. Out of their wedlock, they have three female children aged about 15, 13 and 11 respectively. For the sake of male child, the first accused assaulted the defacto complainant and her children and married the third accused. The other petitioners have facilitated the same.

3.Considering the nature of allegations made against these petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, these Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed.
