This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 2556 days in preferring the above appeal.

2.This Court, vide order dated 24.09.2025, called for report from the Legal Aid Services Authority. Pursuant to which, a report has been received from the Legal Aid Services Authority.

3.On perusal of the said report, it is seen that one of the advocates stated that the petitioner is not well and hence he could not get instructions from the petitioner.

4.Therefore, the petitioner, who is a driver, has filed an appeal against the liability fixed by the tribunal. To contest the matter, in the interest of justice, this Court is inclined to allow this petition. Accordingly, this Petition is allowed and the delay is condoned.
