[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner, wife of the detenu, challenges the impugned order of detention dated 05.10.2018 passed in Detention Order No.2/2018(CS) detaining him as "Black Marketeer", as contemplated under the Tamil Nadu Prevention of Black Marketing and Maintenance of Supplies of Essential Commodities Act, 1980 (Central Act 7 of 1980).

2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor reports that the order of detention passed against the detenu has been revoked by the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.29210/2018/C3 dated 17.10.2018. He has also produced a copy of the said proceedings. Recording the same, this petition is dismissed.
