This Civil Revision Petition has been filed as against the order passed by the learned Additional District Munsif, Srivilliputhur in I.A.No. 841 of 2018 in O.S.No.331 of 2014, dated 06.12.2018. 1/3

2.Today(22.08.2022), when the matter is taken up for hearing, Registry has submitted the case details of O.S.No.331 of 2014 pending on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Srivilliputhur, which reveals that the suit in O.S.No.331 of 2014 has already been disposed of as settled out of Court, on 10.11.2021 itself.

3.The learned counsel appearing on either side has also confirmed the same.

4.In view of the above, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition and accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
