Though, an order was passed on the last occasion directing the detenu to deposit a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- in the name of the minor child, he is informed us that the entire documents pertaining to his property are in the custody of one Kutty and he has also given a complaint in this regard. Now, he is living with the petitioner along with minor child. The detenu also informed us that steps will be taken to transfer some documents. Thus, we find there is no illegal detention.
