Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. The petitioner wants the petition mentioned property to be sub divided. He also wants new patta to be issued to him.
3. Notice was ordered and that it is stated that there is no rival claim.
4. The respondent is directed to enquire into the petitioner's representation and take appropriate steps and also pass final order within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
