This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 19.01.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. On a reading of the complaint dated 19.01.2016, it is seen that the petitioner had purchased a property from one Mookkayee on 28.09.2015 and registered the same as document No.3538 of 2015 and that the opposite parties are preventing him from enjoying the said property and in connection to that a suit is pending in O.S.No.1293 of 2015.

4. Taking into consideration the nature of allegations made in the F.I.R., the dispute is essentially appears to be civil in nature. Hence, no positive direction can be given to the respondent police to register https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the F.I.R. on the complaint of the petitioner dated 19.01.2016. Hence,

this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. Sd/ Assistant Registrar(Records) /True Copy/ Sub Assistant Registrar.
