[Order of the Court by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] Heard Mr.N.Sundareshan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.T.Mohan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
2. The petitioner has filed this Habeas Corpus Petition seeking direction upon the respondent to produce her son, namely, T.Manikandan, aged about 26 years, before this Court and set him at liberty.
3. The respondent police produced the detenu before this Court.
4. We have enquired the detenu. He stated that he left the town on his own volition and he had incurred heavy loss in his coconut business and real estate business. He realized his https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
mistake and now, he is willing to go with the petitioner / father. Hence, we find that there is no illegal detention.
