ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is in judicial custody since 21.07.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 452 and 397 I.P.C, in Crime No.356 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police. She seeks bail. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner was already granted bail in Crl.O.P(MD). No.18479 of 2018, dated 12.10.2018. Hence, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
