ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner to produce the detenu, who claims to be his wife.

2. The undisputed fact is that the parties are close relatives. The petitioner has produced the Certificate of Marriage registered on 08.07.2015. When we questioned the detenu, she candidly admitted that after the registration, both of them went to their respective parent's house and they have not lived as husband and wife. We questioned the third respondent/father of the detenu as well as the mother of the detenu, who is a Block Development Officer. Now, they were in a mood to give the detenu marriage to the petitioner. But they are only concerned about the fact that he is not well placed.

3. We have advised the petitioner, who has agreed to prepare for competitive examinations, so that, he is placed in a

decent job. We also allowed the parties to have discussion among themselves and a broad consensus has been arrived at between the parties. Thus, we find that there is no illegal detention and we leave the matter as it is, at this stage and accordingly, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
