PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying this Court to direct the 1 and 2 respondents to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner for life and limb to discharge his as a manager/correspondence of the institution, from 3rd and 4th respondent based on his representation dated 20.04.2021. ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner for discharging his as a manager/correspondence of the institution, from 3rd and 4th respondent, based on his representation dated 20.04.2021.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police conducted detailed enquiry and the same was closed on 22.06.2021.
