This petition has been filed to direct the Respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and her family members life and limb and also for the peaceful possession and enjoyment of her registered sale deed property comprised in Survey no.448/1 to an extent of 6 cents 660 sq.ft house and 3 cents 30 sq.ft vacant site, situated at Old No.8/1, New No.8/147, Alagappapuram Panchayat, Agastheeshwaram Taluk, Kanyakumari District, based on the representation dated 22.04.2021. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that the complaint of the petitioner has been received by the respondents police and an enquiry has been conducted.
