ORDER
The revision petitioner, who is the husband of the respondent, has filed the present Civil Revision Petition challenging the order passed by the Court below directing the revision petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.20,000/- per month as interim maintenance to the respondent and her child.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner contended that the revision petitioner was working in USA and subsequently, he came to India and he was running a restaurant business, but, now the same is closed and at present he is not working anywhere. He would further submit that the revision petitioner is ready to pay a sum of Rs.15,000/- per month instead of Rs.20,000/- per month as ordered by the Court below, as interim maintenance till the disposal of the HMOP, for which the the learned counsel for the respondent also agreed for the same. However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks a direction of this Court to dispose of HMOP.No. 118 of 2017 at the earliest point of time.
3. Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing on either side, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of directing the revision petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.15,000/- per month as interim maintenance instead of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
C.R.P(MD)No.36 of 2019 and Rs.20,000/- per month to the respondent / wife on or before 5th day of every English Calender Month, until the disposal of the HMOP, without any default. Further, this Court directs the Court below to dispose of the HMOP.No. 118 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
